Usui/Holy Fire®️ Reiki & Animal Reiki Training

Welcome! Thank you for exploring my Reiki training offerings. Anyone can learn Reiki. Reiki is a gentle Japanese Energy Healing technique which can be performed on self, family members, friends, animals and/or clients. Pursuing Reiki training provides an opportunity to expand our peace, love and light, while increasing our awareness, intuition, compassion and connection with self, others and nature. Usui Reiki training is based on the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) Holy Fire® III concepts. An ICRT manual will be provided to each student before the course begins.

All training is live online via Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided prior to the start of class. Below is information related to the current training offerings. If you have any additional questions, please submit questions via the Contact tab.

Students should be situated in a comfortable peaceful space during the training with the option to lie down during the Experiences and Placements (and Reiki Master Ignitions). A journal or pad will be necessary to draw the Reiki symbols, take notes and record any personal insights you receive during the Experiences and Placements.

Animals/pets are encouraged to attend Animal Reiki training but not required. Animals love Reiki energy and will usually sit near their Caregivers, come in and out during certain training experiences or even choose to participate. This happens with all levels and types of Reiki training. During Animal Reiki, your animal/pet will even be invited to receive Reiki as part of the training, if they so choose.

Reiki I - learning the basics of Reiki for self-Reiki and providing Reiki to others

Reiki II - focuses on working with 3 sacred Reiki symbols and providing distance Reiki

Reiki Master - deepens the student’s practice with 2 Master symbols and allows the student to start teaching Reiki to others

Karuna Reiki®️Master - explores higher vibrational healing and the use of 8 additional symbols

Animal Reiki I & II - basics of Animal Reiki including 1 symbol, providing Reiki to animals in-person and distance Reiki

Animal Reiki Master - deepens the student’s practice and allows the student to start teaching Animal Reiki to others

Since classes are virtual, students are encouraged to have a stuffed animal or doll to practice hand placements and distance Reiki. This is not required but some students find it helpful.

Students are eligible to register for Reiki Master training 6-months after completing Reiki I & II and Karuna Reiki®️Master training 6-months after completing Reiki Master training. Please have your certificates available when signing up for Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki®️ Master training. Any Reiki I & II and Reiki Master course, taken under any Reiki Master, satisfies the requirement.

Students are eligible to register for Animal Reiki I & II after completing Reiki I & II - no wait time is required. Students can take Animal Reiki Master once they have completed Reiki Master training - no wait time. Please have your certificates available when signing up. Please note that Reiki I & II training is required before taking Animal Reiki I & II as we will not have time to cover all the Reiki I & II basics (symbols, hand placements, etc.) during the 2-day Animal Reiki I & II training. Any Reiki I & II course, taken under any Reiki Master, satisfies the requirement.

Usui/Holy Fire®️ Animal Reiki Attunements/Placements

Did you know animals can provide healing too? And learn Reiki?! Some of the best healers are in fact animals - it’s in their nature.

If you have a Therapy Animal or Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and you would like to explore having them Attuned (also known as a Placement and Ignition) to Animal Reiki, please contact me to discuss further.

Attunements/Placements are done live via Zoom. Consent must be provided by Caregiver and animal. As a Reiki Master and Animal Communicator, I will ensure that the animal has provided consent before we begin the journey. During the approximate 1-hour process, an Animal Reiki invocation developed by the International Center for Reiki Training will be provided along with an Animal Reiki healing experience and the placement of the Animal Reiki symbol. Caregivers are encouraged to be present during the session. A certificate will be provided to the animal after completion. It is helpful if the Caregiver has some training in Reiki or knowledge of but it is not required.

Animal Reiki Attunements/Placements per animal are: $100 for an approximate 1-hour session*

*The animal is free to be comfortable and move around as desired. The session will continue with Reiki energy being sent to the animal for so long as the animal desires to receive it.
